Academy Guidelines |
1:Shin pads must be worn at all times
2:Proper clothing available for each child i.e.raingear,gloves hats etc.
3:We have a 15min break at each session-a healthy drink and snack may be provided for each child.
4:Be on time to collect your child at all times as failure to do so brings certain insurance issues into play.
5:The Academy is about creating a safe and enjoyable environment for each child to train in.
6:At this age group we are more concerned with basic skill developement,sportsmanship,and a child centred approach.
7:We want your child to be safe,treated with respect,be happy,have fun,make friends,do their best,improve and develope their skills,play by the rules and enjoy their football.
8:We would encourage all children to-have high standards of fair play,respect fellow players,coaches and officials regardless of race,creed,colour,sex or ability,never cheat,bully,tell lies or use violence of any nature.
9:Creating a safer environment at the Academy is everyones responsibility coaches,club and parents.
10:We would encourage parents to play an active role in their childs soccer by getting to know their coaches,attending training or getting involved.
11:Anyone willing to get involved in any capacity can approach any of the coaches.
12:All complaints to any of the coaches or the club child welfare officer.
